Having produced his first release back in 1993 with two other friends under the moniker ‘Flybaby’, Al has been producing house music ever since under names such as Starecase and General Midi, remixing high profile pop acts such as Lana Del Ray, through to the likes of clubland’s elite including Moby, Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, BT, and Nick Warren, as well as Indie bands such as Manic Street Preachers and a myriad of others in between.

The majority of sounds in this pack were custom built on the standard soft synths such as Omnispehere, Massive, IMPoscar and Reaktor and mixed in Logic using high quality mixing tools such as UAD and Slate audio plug-ins.

The producers that inspired me to start writing music back in the late 1980s had very basic equipment, but used it in ways that sometimes even the manufacturers had not envisaged.
