How do you streamline 10 different chat platforms into one seamless user experience?

imo.im is a chat application that allows users to combine accounts from a variety of chat platforms into one experience. We worked with imo.im to streamline the user experience of their web and mobile applications and revamp the look and feel of the brand. A thorough and rigorous wireframing process helped inform how to improve the user experience, and we worked with imo’s tech team to roll out an overhaul of their existing web app as well as brand new iPhone, iPad and Android mobile apps.

Retronyms also worked on the popular live-streaming video and chat application for Justin.tv.
